The team for 2024 are Suzy, Samantha, Jasmine and Sarah. With over 30+ years of combined experience Qualified in MSK Physiotherapy, advanced JING Clinical Massage, Sports & Remedial Massage Therapy, Indian Head Massage and Hot Stones for Tissue Therapy Suzy, Samantha, Jasmine and Sarah have worked in their discipline in a number of areas including NHS, private sector, marathons, British Cycling, England Hockey and with the Island Feather team for other festivals across the country. With a passion to make a difference, Suzy, Samantha, Jasmine and Sarah will be offering their expert treatments below and will take any pre-existing information to ensure that her treatments are bespoke to your requirements.

Treatment Options:
Clinical Massage - Clinical Massage involves working with the tissues of the body, looking at nerves and muscles to treat pain felt across the body. Your therapist will talk to you about the areas you’d like to be treated and make a bespoke plan for your session.
Deep Tissue - Deep Tissue Massage will focus on treating areas that need releasing with an aim to promote optimal muscle health using a medium to hard pressure. This can be applied as a full body treatment or just one area.
Soft Tissue Therapy - Soft Tissue therapy combines targeted massage with active muscle techniques to reduce pain, increase a range of movement with an aim to restoring strength and muscle capability.
Hot Stones Massage - Hot stones Massage delivers an effective fusion combining hot therapy with targeted massage. Maintaining the same focus as soft tissue therapy, this approach brings in hot stones to promote circulation, in combination with hands-on soft tissue techniques.Indian Head Massage - As a holistic treatment, Indian Head Massage uses acupressure massage on the head, face, neck and shoulders with an aim to rebalance your body’s energies.
