Writing for better mental health.
In this workshop, we'll come together to explore methods of writing that can help support our mental health and wellbeing.
Whether you're a seasoned writer or new to writing, this workshop is open to everyone and beginner-friendly.
We will do a few different exercises and have optional space to share work at the end (we mean optional when we say optional! You can spend the whole thing in silence if that's how you want to participate). The exercises were developed by Kaan K, Rayanne Chami and London Queer Writers in response to studies and research on writing methods that have had overwhelmingly positive impacts on people's mental health.
The workshop will be delivered by Kaan K - WORKshop host, poet, writer of many different hatsd gal dem's gender columnist.

This class is free but sign up is required to attend.
If you sign up please make sure you attend as spaces are very limited for this class and your spot is very in demand.
Please show up to your workshop 15 minutes early so we can get rolling on time!
PLEASE NOTE that to book a class you must already be a ticket holder for the event & you can only sign yourself up to a class (friends must sign up for themselves even if you purchased a ticket on their behalf - this gives everyone a fair chance to bag the class they want) .
Please also remember that you can only book on this class once per person to give a chance to everyone who would like to attend to book in. Thanks!
