Terms & conditions
The purchase of Tickets, Passes and/or Glamping, and/or attendance at the Event, shall constitute acceptance of these Terms & Conditions. Where you purchase on behalf of others, you agree to provide them with a copy of these Terms & Conditions.
The Organiser reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions where reasonably necessary. Any material changes will be communicated to ticket holders.
These T&CS relate to Event Tickets, Car Parking Passes, Camper Van Passes and Motorcycle Parking (“Tickets and Passes”) plus the hire of pre-erected bell tents (“Glamping”) for Camp VC 2026 (the “Event”) organised by VC London Ltd (the “Organiser”), which will take place from 12:01 AM on July 24, 2026, to 11:55 PM on July 26, 2026 at One Giant Leap, Tan Y Graig, Llangollen, LL20 8AR (the “Event Site”).
General info
An Event Ticket does not include Car Parking, Camper Van Parking or Glamping Tents. These passes are sold separately. Motorcycle parking is free, but requires a pass.
Many of the activities offered at Camp VC—both at the Event Site and at designated off-site locations—involve inherent risks to participants and spectators. After purchasing Event Tickets, you - and each individual you purchase tickets on behalf of - will be sent this waiver for signature. The waiver must be signed within 72 hours of receipt, or CAMP VC reserves the right to cancel and - where relevant - issue a refund (minus booking fee) for all tickets and passes on the order.
The purchaser is responsible for providing a correct email address for each Ticket Holder so that the waiver and all future communication (such as information on how to book activities) reaches the Ticket Holder.
These T&Cs apply to all Ticket Holders, including those allocated tickets for free such as Event Volunteers, Guest List, Carers and Crew.
These Terms and Conditions operate in conjunction with the General Event Waiver, and any other terms, conditions, or policies that may apply to specific vendors, activity leaders, volunteers, crew or other third parties involved in the Event. In the event of any conflict, these Terms and Conditions shall take precedence.
Camp VC is an 18+ event.
Camp VC is an event for women, including trans women, and non-binary people looking for the opportunity to explore adventure sports and more, where they wouldn't otherwise find opportunity to do so in this traditionally men’s/masculine dominated space.
Kindness, respect and support for each-other are non-negotiable, and we welcome women and non-binary people of all ages, races and ethnicities, sexualities, and abilities. Anyone who does not align with these values and expectations may be asked to leave the site without a refund where relevant.
Ticket holders are encouraged to notify the Organiser of any accessibility requirements or additional needs at the point of purchasing a ticket. The Organiser will happily make reasonable efforts to accommodate such requirements. If you are unsure about whether the event will be suitable for you, please contact our dedicated Accessibility Lead on hey@campvc.co.uk before purchasing a ticket.
We offer a free Carer/Companion Pass for ticket holders who require essential assistance to attend the event. One of the following proofs of eligibility will be required:
A valid Access Card with a +1 symbol
Evidence of Disability Living Allowance (DLA), Personal Independence Payment (PIP), or Attendance Allowance
A letter from a medical professional confirming your need for support
Registration as blind or partially sighted.
Recognition of hearing loss (e.g. Access to Work grant, Deaf ID).
The Event Site is a rural outdoor location and wheelchair tracking is not available across the site. As such, the terrain may be challenging for manual wheelchairs with thinner tyres. Electric wheelchairs with larger / all terrain tyres have successfully navigated the site in previous years, although levels of access remain weather- dependent. If you are unsure whether the site is suitable for your needs, please contact our Accessibility Lead on hey@campvc.co.uk before purchasing a ticket.
Assistance dogs are permitted, but must be pre-authorised.
Refunds and re-sale
Tickets, Passes, and Glamping are non-refundable after purchase.
If you can no longer attend the event, you may:
Re-sell your Tickets and Passes via our authorized re-sale platform Tixel, up until 5pm on 30th June 2026. They may be sold for a maximum of the face-value cost. Note that Glamping cannot be re-sold.
Transfer Tickets, Passes and Glamping Tents to a friend or family member by emailing hey@campvc.co.uk with the subject line ‘ticket transfer’ by 5pm on 30th June 2026 with the full name and email address of the new ticket holder(s). Tickets, Passes and Glamping may only be transferred once. All requests after the transfer deadline will automatically be declined.
Tickets, Passes and Glamping cannot be purchased, transferred, sold or given away outside of the means outlined above.
All Tickets and Passes purchased after 5pm on 30th June 2026 cannot be re-sold or transferred.
Camp VC tickets and passes are only valid if purchased directly from Camp VC via Ticket Tailor, or from an individual via Tixel (our authorised ticket resale partner). Tickets and passes bought from any other source (including unauthorised resale sites, third-party sellers, or individuals) are invalid, and entry will be refused.
Camp VC accepts no responsibility or liability for tickets and passes purchased from unauthorised sellers, including but not limited to losses, costs, or disappointment arising from the purchase of such tickets.
Tickets and passes may only be purchased by, re-sold to or transferred to individuals who will be 18+ on the first day of the event.
Tickets and passes allocated for free (e.g.: Guest List, Crew Tickets, Competition Wins, Carers or Volunteers) may never be sold and may only be transferred with the permission of the Organiser.
At checkout, you will be offered the option to purchase Ticket Protection covering your Tickets, Passes and Glamping from our third-party provider. Please note that this is a separate contract between you and the provider, and any claims must be made directly with them in accordance with their terms and conditions. We do not administer, process, or accept any responsibility for Ticket Protection claims. We strongly recommend purchasing Ticket Protection, as all sales are final and non-refundable without exception.
Hire of pre-erected bell tents (“glamping”)
Glamping tents are non-refundable after purchase and may not be sold on any re-sale platform.
The Lead Hirer may transfer the booking into another name, subject to the transfer deadlines outlined above.
On arrival, each occupant - as chosen by the Lead Hirer - must provide the name of the Lead Hirer and will then be directed to the allocated tent. Each occupant must also hold a valid ticket for entry to the event.
The Organiser does not need to be notified if occupants change — only if the Lead Hirer changes.
If you wish to be allocated a Glamping Tent alongside friends who have also booked, please notify the Organiser by 5pm on 30 June 2026. While this cannot be guaranteed, best efforts will be made.
The Lead Hirer is responsible for the tent, any damage to it, and any items supplied with it (e.g. beds, mattresses, rugs, lamps, and lighting).
On arrival, the Lead Hirer must notify the Organiser of any missing items or pre-existing damage to avoid liability.
Missing items will be replaced by the Organiser, and the Lead Hirer will be invoiced for the item’s cost price plus a £20 admin fee per item. If the tent is damaged but repairable, the Lead Hirer will be invoiced for the repair cost plus a £50 admin fee. If the tent is damaged beyond repair, the Lead Hirer will be invoiced for the full replacement cost plus a £50 admin fee. All invoices must be settled within 14 days.
The maximum occupancy is 4 persons for a 4m Bell Tent and 8 persons for an 8m Bell Tent.
Dogs are not permitted at the Event. If you wish to stay in a Glamping tent with an Assistance Dog, this must be pre-approved before hire.
Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside Glamping Tents.
No camping stoves, cooking equipment, or naked flames are permitted inside Glamping Tents or anywhere else on the campsite.
It is the responsibility of the Lead Hirer to ensure the tent is zipped closed and secured when vacant.
Please also refer to the general information on camping, car parking, and motor parking.

Cars with Roof Top Tents must purchase a Camper Van pass and park in the Camper Van zone. It is not permitted to sleep in cars in the car park.
There is very limited hard ground at the Event Site. Motorcycles must be prepared to park on grass and bring their own puck.
Motorcycles may be parked next to tents and glamping tents, as long as they’re at least 2 m away.
There are no electric hook-up points.
Security
All attendees are solely responsible for the security of their own vehicles, motorcycles, bicycles, tents, and personal belongings while at Camp VC. We strongly advise you to bring appropriate security measures (e.g. bike locks) and not to leave valuables unattended, in vehicles, or in accommodation. Camp VC and VC London Ltd accept no liability for loss, theft, or damage to any personal property, vehicles, or equipment brought onto the event site, whether in designated areas or otherwise.

Examples of disruptive behaviour include, but are not limited to: unsafe riding; breach of on-site speed limits; refusal to wear appropriate Safety Equipment; failure to follow the instructions of Activity Leaders, security personnel, or event staff; aggressive or abusive conduct; excessive alcohol consumption; joining activities under the influence of alcohol when it’s not safe or legal to do so, excessive noise on camp sites; behaviour that risks the safety or enjoyment of other; o behaviour that compromises our relations with the local community.
The Organiser may also remove any person on a precautionary basis where, in its reasonable opinion, their presence may pose a risk to the safety, comfort, or enjoyment of other attendees.

We have a zero tolerance drugs policy.
We have a strict 5mph on site speed limit for all vehicles.
Leave no trace policy
All attendees are required to respect the Event Site and surrounding environment. You must leave the site as you found it by disposing of all rubbish in the onsite bins provided or taking it away with you. Campsites and pitches must be cleared of all belongings, equipment, and waste upon departure. Failure to comply with this policy may result in ejection from the Event Site without refund and may affect your ability to attend future events.
Booking activities
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, each Ticket Holder who purchases or is allocated their ticket is guaranteed the opportunity to join at least four (4) ‘Included Activities’ in total across a range of Drop-In Activities, Open Activities and Bookable Activities.
Drop-in Activities are experiences that run on loop throughout the Event during certain opening hours. There’s no set start and end time and attendees join the experience on a rolling first-come, first-served basis. Examples include, but are not limited to, Axe Throwing, Lego-Making and the chance to ‘have a go’ on the MTB Pump Track. Drop in activities range from around 15 minutes to 1 hour.
For the avoidance of doubt, the fussball, table tennis and lawn games (such as giant Jenga) do not count as drop-in activities.
Open Activities are activities with a set start and end time that do not require attendees to reserve a space in advance. Open Activities tend to have an uncapped capacity - or a much larger capacity - than Bookable Activities. Where caps apply, spaces are allocated on a first come first served basis.
Examples of Open Activities include Disco Bingo, Main Stage Talks, Film Screenings, Skate Jams and our Headline Dance Class. Open Activities range from around 45 minutes to 1.5 hours.
For the avoidance of doubt, karaoke or watching cabaret/live music performances do not count as Open Activities or towards the four (4) activity quota. They are Entertainment.
Bookable Activities are activities with a set start and end time and a finite number of spaces that need to be booked in advance. Examples of bookable activities include Skateboarding Lessons, Archery Lessons, Sign Writing Workshops, Moto-Maintanence Workshops and Craft Workshops. Bookable Activities range from around 45 minutes to 1.5 hours.
Please note that certain activities have pre-requisites to take part. For example, a Bookable ‘Advanced Skateboarding Lesson’ should only be booked by someone with existing skateboarding experience or a cold water swim may not be suitable for someone with certain pre-existing medical conditions.
The Organiser will provide a schedule of Drop-In, Open, and Bookable Activities at staggered intervals throughout the Event, as well as other forms of Entertainment (such as live music performances). Activities will be offered in a variety of formats (such as talks, screenings, workshops, and “have-a-go” experiences) spanning multiple categories (including craft, wellness, skate, adventure, sport, and fitness) and catering to a range of ability and experience levels, from beginner to advanced. The Organiser does not guarantee that any specific activity will appear on the schedule, that spaces will be available in any particular activity, or that any specific combination of activities will be offered. Tickets are purchased for admission to the Event as a whole and not for any individual activity, workshop, or session.
Spaces in Bookable Activities will be allocated on a first-to-book or ballot basis, at the Organiser’s discretion, with the specifics of booking mechanics shared at least 2 weeks prior to when bookings open. Bookings for Paid Activities will open from 10am on 4th July 2026, Booking for Included Activities will open from 10am on 11th July 2026.
To book activities you will be required to download the Event’s chosen Third Party app.
If a Ticket Holder misses a Booked Activity, is refused entry to an Included Activity for any reason, or chooses not to attend a suitable Activity when spaces are available, such activities will still count towards the four (4) Included Activities quota. Entry may be refused for reasons including, but not limited to: failure to wear appropriate safety equipment; failure to follow instructions; intoxication; late arrival; or failure to meet prerequisite requirements.
A Ticket Holder may choose not to take part in up to four (4) Included Activities, at their own discretion. Subject to availability, a Ticket Holder may be able to participate in more than four (4) Included Activities. A fair usage policy applies when using the booking app.
In addition to Included Activities, the Organiser will arrange for Third-Party providers to offer a range of activities bookable on a first come first served basis at an additional cost (“Paid Activities”). These will be delivered at the Event Site and at off-site nearby off-site locations. Examples of Paid Activities include, but are not limited to: Moto Lessons; Massage; Tattoos; White Water Rafting and Climbing Excursions.
In booking a Paid Activity, you are entering into a separate contract with the Third Party and are subject to their Terms, Conditions and Cancellation policies.
Other
If essential to do so, the Organiser reserves the right to change the Event Site up to twelve (12) weeks prior to the event, provided that the new Event Site is located within seventy (70) miles of the originally specified Event Site and does not materially alter the overall experience of the event for attendees. In such circumstances, no refunds will be issued.
The sale of goods and services at the event without the permission of the Organiser is strictly prohibited.
These Terms and Conditions, together with any documents expressly referred to in them, constitute the entire agreement between the Organiser and the Ticket Holder in relation to the Event. They supersede all prior discussions, correspondence, or understandings between the parties. No statement, promise, or representation made by the Organiser or on its behalf that is not set out in these Terms shall be binding.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of England & Wales, and if one clause is invalid, the rest still stand
Force Majeure
If the Event is cancelled or postponed due to circumstances beyond the Organiser’s reasonable control (including but not limited to acts of God, extreme weather, fire, flood, pandemic, government action, or safety concerns), tickets and passes will not be refundable unless otherwise required by law. Ticket Holders are advised to purchase Ticket Protection at checkout.
Film & Photography
By attending the Event, you consent to being photographed, filmed, and/or recorded by the Organiser, its affiliates, and brand partners. Such content may be used for promotional, marketing, and archival purposes in any media, worldwide, without further approval or compensation.
Commercial photography, filming, or recording is strictly prohibited without the prior written consent of the Organiser. The Organiser reserves the right to restrict or confiscate equipment being used for unauthorized commercial purposes and to eject any person in breach of this condition without refund.
