ACCOMMODATION

Choose from camping, glamping, or rolling up in your own camper - two nights of fresh air, epic views and starlit skies await.

Facilities

Everyone gets access to hot showers, portaloos with sinks (because sanitizer alone just doesn’t cut it!), plenty of fresh water taps and the cleanest festival toilets around.

Pitching Up With Friends

Campers, Glamping, and Tents each have their own areas - so you won’t be able to pitch a tent next to a camper van or park a camper beside a glamping tent. Buuut… we hate being separated from our besties too!

So for 2026, all zones will be in the same field*. If you want to snag a camping spot close to the camper pitches, make sure to arrive early - spaces are first come, first served.

*Heads up! Camp VC is an outdoor adventure, which means we’re at the mercy of the weather gods! If there’s a heap of rain before the event, or if we get hit with extreme weather, we might need to shuffle the campsite layout to keep everyone safe and as dry as possible!

Glamping

Maximum comfort, minimal effort. Skip the setup, dodge the FOMO, and book your ready-to-go bell tent.

4m Bell Tents sleep up to 4 people -£462- £57 per person, per night

6m Bell Tents sleep up to 8 people - £620 - £38 per person, per night

Tents include memory foam roll mattresses, cushions, rugs, a lamp, small table, mirror and solar fairy lights.

Tents do not include raised camp bed, pillows, or duvets. These items can be arranged at an additional charge, with the cost dependent on the configuration (e.g. doubles versus singles) and the number required per tent. To arrange, please contact hey@campvc.co.uk with your request.

Got friends who’ve bought glamping too? Email hey@campvc.co.uk before 5pm on Tuesday 30th June 2026 and we’ll do our best to pitch you up together.

Cars cannot be parked next to tents so attendees will need to carry their belongings approximately 200m from the car park.

Be sure to check out the T&Cs in full before booking.

Accessibility

We’re a small festival so the distance from the car park to the campsite is short compared to most other events (around 200m) over slightly bump grass fields.  If you need special assistance moving your stuff please - or any other adjustments - just let us know in advance and we’ll be happy to try help (hey@campvc.co.uk)

Parking

Cars can’t be driven into the camping fields and parked next to tents, glamping tents or campers.

Motorcycles can be parked up next to glamping tents, camper vans or tents as long as they’re at least 2m away. Please bring your own puck. Note that there is very limited hard ground at the event.

Car parking passes must be booked separately to your Event Ticket: £16.50 per car.

For more detailed information check out our FAQs.

What to leave behind!

For safety reasons, BBQs, camping stoves, and any cooking equipment are not permitted, other than appliances installed directly inside campervans.

Due to space restrictions on our beautiful festival site, awnings, gazebos, and easy-ups are not allowed — please leave them at home so there’s space for everyone.
