Terms & conditions

PUBLISHED ON 30 SEPT 2026

1. About these Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to Camp VC 2027 (the "Event"), organised by VC London Ltd (the "Organiser", "we" or "us"). The Event runs from Friday 23 July to Sunday 25 July 2027 at One Giant Leap, Tan Y Graig, Llangollen, LL20 8AR (the "Event Site").

They cover Event Tickets, Car Parking Passes, Camper Van Passes and Motorcycle Parking Passes ("Tickets and Passes"), and the hire of pre-erected bell tents ("Glamping").

In these Terms:

  • Buyer means the person who bought a Ticket or Pass (or to whom it has since been validly transferred).

  • Attendee means the person named on an Event Ticket.

  • You means the Buyer or Attendee, as the context requires.

Buying a Ticket, Pass or Glamping, or attending the Event, means you accept these Terms. If you buy on behalf of others, you must give them a copy.

These Terms apply to all Attendees, including those with free tickets (such as Volunteers, Guest List, PA Pass holders and Crew). They form part of a wider agreement that includes our General Event Waiver (the "Waiver"), our Community Guidelines and any terms of vendors, activity leaders or other third parties at the Event. If these documents conflict, these Terms take precedence.

2. Who Camp VC is for

Camp VC is an 18+ event for women (including trans women) and non-binary people. Our Community Guidelines set out who the community is for and what we expect of everyone attending. They form part of these Terms.

Buyers must confirm their eligibility at the point of purchase. We rely on this honest self-declaration and do not ask for proof.

Our staff, crew, vendors and instructors will mostly be women (including trans women) and non-binary people. Some men (including trans men) will also be on site in a working capacity.

Kindness, respect and support for one another are non-negotiable. We may refuse entry to, or remove, anyone without refund if we reasonably believe they misrepresented their eligibility or breached the Community Guidelines or these Terms.

Accessibility

Accessibility guidelines can be found here.

Please tell us about any accessibility requirements or additional needs when you buy your ticket, and we'll make reasonable efforts to accommodate them. If you're unsure whether the Event is suitable for you, contact our Accessibility Lead at access@campvc.co.uk before buying.

We offer a free Personal Assistant (PA) Pass for Attendees who need essential assistance to attend. If you need a PA, please wait until your PA Pass is approved before buying your Event Ticket. See the full PA Scheme terms and conditions at the end of this document.

3. Tickets and passes

An Event Ticket does not include car parking, camper van parking or Glamping, which are sold separately. Motorcycle parking is free but requires a pass. All prices include VAT.

Each Event Ticket must be assigned to a named Attendee at purchase. One Buyer cannot assign several tickets to the same name. We may cancel, without refund, any unassigned ticket or any duplicate ticket assigned to the same person.

Any physical items included with or bought alongside an Event Ticket can be collected at check-in.

The Waiver

Many activities at the Event, on site and off site, carry inherent risks to participants and spectators.

After purchase, we'll email the Waiver to each Attendee for signature. If an Attendee doesn't sign within 10 days of it being sent, we may cancel their Event Ticket without refund.

By buying a ticket or attending, every Attendee agrees to the Waiver, whether or not they have signed it.

Contact details

The Buyer must give a correct email address for each Attendee, so the Waiver and all Event information (such as how to book activities) reach them. The Buyer and each Attendee are responsible for checking for and acting on these emails.

4. Refunds, resale and transfers

All Tickets, Passes and Glamping bookings are non-refundable and cannot be deferred, except where a refund is required by law. Instead, you can resell or transfer them through our approved partner, Ticket Swap, until the Transfer Deadline of 5pm on Friday 18 June 2027. This includes Car, Camper Van and Motorcycle Passes, even though they aren't named.

We strongly recommend ticket protection insurance, either the option offered at checkout or one bought elsewhere. The checkout option is a separate contract with a third-party provider, and we don't administer or process claims.

Who owns a ticket
The Buyer owns the ticket, even if someone else is named as the Attendee. Only the Buyer can resell or transfer it (except for legal name corrections, below). Once it's resold or transferred, the recipient becomes the new Buyer and can pass it on again, as many times as they like, provided each transfer goes through Ticket Swap by the Transfer Deadline.

The name on the ticket must match the Attendee's photo ID at entry. The Buyer is responsible for making sure it does.

Using TicketSwap
You can list Tickets and Passes publicly, or create a private transfer visible only to the person you share the link with.

TicketSwap charges the buyer and seller a small fee, of which we receive a share (around £3.50 for an Event Ticket) to cover our admin costs. TicketSwap also sets a minimum price (currently £5), so even if you're giving a ticket to a friend, they'll need to pay at least that amount. If you don't want to use a third party or pay extra fees, buy directly from us.

By using TicketSwap, you agree to its terms and conditions. We process data from resales and transfers in line with our privacy policy, but we aren't responsible for how the buyer, seller or TicketSwap uses it.

Accessible tickets and passes
Before reselling or transferring an Accessible Event Ticket, Accessible + PA ticket, or accessible Parking or Camper Van Pass, email access@campvc.co.uk to switch it to the general equivalent. The switch is free. You can then list it on TicketSwap as above.

Requests to switch accessible Tickets and Passes to general equivalents must be received by 5pm on Friday 11th July (i.e.: one week prior to the Transfer deadline.)

PA Passes can't be resold. The holder of an Accessible + PA ticket can add or change their PA until 11:59pm on Thursday 22 July 2027.

Legal name corrections
If your legal name changes (for example, after marriage or divorce) and you're still the same Attendee, email hey@campvc.co.uk to update your ticket. The Attendee can request this directly, there's no fee, and we'll ask to see ID in both your old and new names. You don't need to use TicketSwap.

Corrections can be made up to one week before the Event (by Friday 16 July 2027). After that, bring ID showing both your previous and current names to the Event so we can verify you at entry.

Other re-sale rules

  • Tickets and Passes may only be bought, resold or transferred to someone who will be 18 or over on the first day of the Event.

  • Only tickets bought from us or resold or transferred through TicketSwap are valid. Tickets sold privately or through any other platform are invalid, and we aren't responsible for them or any resulting loss or upset.

  • We cannot process any direct requests to change names on tickets (aside from legal name corrections - see above) and all changes are handled via TicketSwap.

  • We aren't liable for any loss from a resale or transfer.

  • Free tickets (such as Guest List, Crew, competition wins, PA Passes and Volunteer tickets) can never be sold. They can only be transferred with our permission, and we'll handle the transfer. These cannot be listed on TicketSwap.

Deadlines

  • 5pm, Fri 11 June 2027: Requests to switch accessible Tickets and Passes to their general versions so you can resell them

  • 5pm, Fri 18 June 2027: All resales and transfers on TicketSwap. After this, Tickets and Passes stay in their current name.

  • 5pm, Fri 16 July 2027: Requests for legal name corrections

  • 11:59pm, Thu 22 July 2027: Adding or changing a PA on an Accessible + PA ticket

5. Glamping

Glamping is sold as whole bell tents ("Glamping Tents") or single sleeping spaces in shared 4-person, 4m bell tents ("Glamping Spaces"). Every occupant must also hold a valid Event Ticket.

  • Smoking, vaping, cooking equipment and naked flames are not allowed inside Glamping Tents.

  • Assistance dogs must be pre-approved before booking.

  • Assistance dogs will not be approved for those booking Glamping Spaces

  • Glamping Tents must be zipped closed and secured when empty.

The general camping rules in section 8 also apply.

Glamping Tents

Each Glamping Tent has a named Lead Hirer, who chooses its occupants. On arrival, each occupant gives the Lead Hirer's name and is directed to the tent. We only need to know if the Lead Hirer changes, not the occupants.

The Lead Hirer can transfer the booking by following the transfer process in section 4, by the Transfer Deadline. If the booking is transferred, the Lead Hirer must tell their occupants that the tent is no longer theirs to allocate.

If you'd like your tent placed near friends who have also booked, tell us by the Transfer Deadline. We'll do our best but can't guarantee it.

Glamping Spaces

A Glamping Space gives you one sleeping space in a shared tent of between 1 and 4 occupants. There is no Lead Hirer.

Spaces are allocated at random. We can't accept requests to share, or not share, with particular people, and we can't move anyone once allocated for reasons of personal preference. By booking, you accept the shared, community nature of this accommodation. If you want to choose who you share with, book a whole Glamping Tent.

Glamping Spaces can be transferred by following the process in section 4, by the Transfer Deadline.

Reports of inappropriate behaviour will be investigated like any other report under these Terms, and we may take whatever action we consider appropriate.

Damage and missing items

On arrival, report any missing items or existing damage to us. If you don't, you may be held responsible for them. Each occupant must take reasonable care of the tent and its contents (such as beds, mattresses, rugs, lamps and lighting).

The following charges apply:

  • Missing item: Cost price + £20 admin fee per item

  • Damage that can be repaired: Repair cost + £50 admin fee

  • Damage beyond repair: Full replacement cost + £50 admin fee

For a Glamping Tent, the Lead Hirer is responsible for these charges, even if they don't attend. For a Glamping Space, the occupant responsible is charged. If we can't reasonably tell which occupant is responsible, all occupants of that tent are jointly liable, and we may divide the cost equally between them.

All invoices must be paid within 14 days.

6. Entry and site rules

Every Attendee must show a valid photo ID at entry, matching the name on their Event Ticket. Anyone using someone else's name, a fake ticket, or a ticket obtained outside the channels in these Terms will be refused entry, and we aren't liable for any resulting loss.

You must wear a valid Event wristband at all times. A removed wristband is invalid; if yours is damaged, ask at reception for a replacement. You may leave and re-enter the Event Site while wearing your wristband.

Prohibited items

  • Illegal drugs or substances (we have a zero-tolerance drugs policy)

  • Alcohol brought in from outside; only alcohol bought from the Camp VC bar or approved vendors may be consumed on site

  • BBQs, camping stoves, open fires or any cooking equipment, except cooking equipment installed in camper vans

  • Fire lanterns, fireworks, smoke bombs or fire poi

  • Pets, except pre-approved assistance dogs

  • Gazebos, easy-ups or camper van awnings

  • Tents larger than 6m x 5m, and camper vans larger than 6.5m X 3m.

  • Motorcycles that aren't road-registered; all vehicles must be road-legal and insured

  • Goods for sale, without our prior written consent

You may bring a reasonable amount of food for your own consumption.

Searches

Bags may be checked at entry, and licensed security staff may carry out further searches, including metal-detector wands and person searches, in line with the law.

  • Outside alcohol will be confiscated and not returned.

  • Other prohibited but legal items will be held for collection at the end of the Event. We aren't responsible for their loss or damage.

  • Illegal substances will be reported to the police.

Smoking and vaping

Smoking and vaping are only allowed in designated areas, and never inside any tent.

7. Opening times

Unless we tell you otherwise:

Friday 23 July

  • 11:00am: Car parks, camper van parking and camping open

  • 11:30am: Queues for the main Event Site open

  • 12:00pm: Main Event Site opens

  • 12:30pm: First activities begin

Sunday 25 July

  • 4:00pm: Last activities finish

  • 5:00pm: All Attendees must have left the site

Vendors, Volunteers and Crew will receive separate arrival and departure information. Please allow time for traffic and entry queues.

8. Camping, parking and vehicles

Camping, Glamping and parking bookings are only valid with an Event Ticket. Without one, they are invalid and non-refundable. Every vehicle needs a valid digital car, camper van or motorcycle parking pass, or it will be refused entry.

  • Separate areas. Camper vans, tents and Glamping have separate areas. Unless agreed in advance for accessibility reasons, tents can't be pitched next to camper vans or Glamping Tents. Pitches nearest those areas are first come, first served.

  • Car parking. Cars can't be parked beside any tent or camper van, so you'll need to carry your kit from the car park. See our website for the site layout and distances. You can book assistance in advance via access@campvc.co.uk.

  • Roof tents. Cars with roof tents need a Camper Van Pass and must park in the camper van area. Sleeping in cars in the car park isn't allowed.

  • Motorcycles. Hard ground is very limited, so bring a kickstand puck for parking on grass. Motorcycles may park next to tents and Glamping Tents if at least 2m away.

  • Tents specifically designed to be attached to Motorcycles are permitted. Their location will be decided upon based on weather conditions and will be communicated upon arrival to the event.

  • Speed limit. A strict 5mph limit applies to all vehicles on site. Follow all temporary road signs and respect our neighbours when arriving and leaving.

  • No electric hook-up is available.

  • Quiet hours. The campsite is quiet after 10:30pm. Our licence depends on it.

For safety, we may change the site layout or rules (for example, whether motorcycles can park next to tents) because of the weather.

9. Conduct, belongings and leave no trace

We, and SIA-licensed security staff acting for us, may refuse entry to or remove anyone, without refund or compensation, whose behaviour we reasonably consider unsafe, disruptive or antisocial, in breach of these Terms, or damaging to the reputation of the Event or the Organiser.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • unsafe riding or breaking the site speed limit

  • refusing to wear appropriate safety equipment

  • not following instructions from Activity Leaders, security or Event staff

  • aggressive or abusive behaviour

  • excessive drinking, or joining activities under the influence when it isn't safe or legal to do so

  • excessive noise on the campsites

  • behaviour that risks others' safety or enjoyment, or harms our relationship with the local community

We may also remove anyone as a precaution if we reasonably believe their presence poses a risk to the safety, comfort or enjoyment of others.

Your belongings

You are responsible for the security of your own vehicles, bikes, tents and belongings. Please bring suitable locks and don't leave valuables unattended, including in vehicles or tents. Except where the law doesn't allow us to exclude liability, we accept no responsibility for loss, theft or damage to any property brought onto the Event Site.

Leave no trace

Leave the site as you found it. Use the bins provided or take your rubbish home, and clear your pitch of all belongings and waste when you leave. Anyone who doesn't may be removed without refund and may not be allowed to attend future events.

10. Event activities

The Event offers activities in a range of formats (such as talks, screenings, workshops and "have-a-go" sessions) across categories including craft, wellness, skate, adventure, sport and fitness, for beginners to advanced. Tickets give admission to the Event as a whole, not to any individual activity. We don't guarantee that any particular activity or combination of activities will be scheduled, or that spaces will be available in any activity.

Types of activity

  • Included Activities are free to take part in, with no limit on how many an Attendee joins. They are either Bookable or Drop-In.

  • Bookable Activities are Included Activities with set times (30 minutes to 2 hours) and limited spaces, such as skateboarding lessons, DIY workshops and yoga. Every Attendee is guaranteed the chance to pre-book at least four (4).

  • Walk-Ins are spaces in Bookable Activities that open up on the day, through no-shows or places we've held back. All Bookable Activities accept Walk-Ins, first come, first served.

  • Drop-In Activities are Included Activities that can't be pre-booked. Some run continuously during set hours (such as the Mountain Bike pump track or axe throwing); others have set times (such as Main Stage talks or Disco Bingo). Spaces are first come, first served.

  • Paid Activities are run by third-party providers at extra cost, on site or at nearby off-site locations. Examples include moto lessons, massage, tattoos, white water rafting and climbing excursions. When you book one, you enter a separate contract with that provider and are bound by their terms and cancellation policy. There is no limit to the number of Paid Activities an individual can book onto.

  • Entertainment, such as cabaret and live performance, is not an Activity.

Booking

We'll publish a schedule of activities and Entertainment running throughout the Event, and share details of how booking works at least five days before bookings open.

  • Paid Activities open for booking at 10am on Saturday 3 July 2027.

  • Included Activities open for booking at 10am on Saturday 10 July 2027.

  • Bookable spaces are allocated in the order bookings are received.

Each Attendee must download the Event's chosen third-party app to book. Included Activities can only be booked individually; some Paid Activities accept group bookings.

Some activities have prerequisites. For example, an Advanced Skateboarding Lesson is only for Attendees with existing skateboarding experience.

Missed or refused activities

We may refuse entry to any activity for reasons including, but not limited to, late arrival, intoxication, not meeting prerequisites, not wearing appropriate safety equipment or not following instructions.

An Attendee's guaranteed four (4) Bookable Activities count as used if they miss a booked activity, are refused entry to it, or don't book when spaces are available. We aren't liable if you miss the start of any activity, including Paid Activities, because of traffic or queues.

Weather

Some activities depend on the weather. If conditions make an activity unsafe or impossible, we may change, shorten or cancel it at short notice. We'll make reasonable efforts to offer a suitable alternative but can't guarantee one, and we aren't liable for any Included Activity that can't go ahead because of the weather. Paid Activities cancelled due to weather are covered by the provider's cancellation policy.

Pregnancy
Whether an activity is suitable during pregnancy depends on several factors, including the stage of pregnancy, any medical conditions or contraindications, the Attendee's fitness and experience of that activity, and the Activity Leader's qualifications, risk assessment and insurance.

For that reason, we don't blanket label physical activities on our schedule as ‘suitable during pregnancy’, but we will share any information available to us. This may be a blanket exclusion (for example, if the insurance for all our quad skating excludes pregnant participants at every stage) or guidance such as “Pregnancy friendly, at your own discretion”.

Our policy is to let pregnant Attendees make their own decisions about taking part wherever possible. If an Activity Leader can't include you, it will be for a genuine reason, such as the terms of their insurance, which they may have little control over.

If a physical activity has no pregnancy guidance, it's because we can't yet say for sure. For example, the instructor may not be confirmed until close to the Event, so we can't give guidance when booking opens.

To avoid disappointment, we recommend using your four (4) guaranteed Bookable Activities on physical activities where we've provided pregnancy guidance, and/or low-impact activities (such as talks and craft workshops). You can join other physical  activities as a Walk-In once you've checked with the Activity Leader on the day.

You are advised to please speak to your midwife or doctor before the Event and must tell the Activity Leader that you're pregnant before each session. The Activity Leader's decision on whether you can join is final. If they agree, whether you take part is your own decision, as only you know what your midwife or doctor has advised.

If you are refused entry to an activity where guidance previously indicated it would be suitable, there will be a  good a reason for this. For example, a last minute change in instructor (who isn’t qualified or insured to modify during pregnancy) or the circumstances have changed.

Changes to the Event

If essential, we may move the Event up to six (6) weeks before it starts, to a site within 70 miles of the original that doesn't materially change the overall experience. No refunds will be given, except where required by law.

Cancellation or postponement

If the Event is cancelled or postponed due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control (including extreme weather, fire, flood, pandemic, government action or safety concerns), Tickets and Passes are not refundable, except where required by law.

Film and photography

By attending, you consent to being photographed, filmed or recorded by us, our affiliates and brand partners. We may use this content for promotional, marketing and archive purposes in any media, worldwide, without further approval or payment.

Commercial photography, filming or recording requires our prior written consent. We may restrict or confiscate equipment used without consent, and remove anyone in breach without refund.

Changes to these Terms

We may amend these Terms where reasonably necessary, and will tell Attendees about any material changes.

Legal

  • Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that can't be limited by law. Nothing affects your statutory rights.

  • These Terms, with the documents referred to in them, are the entire agreement between us and you about the Event. They replace any earlier discussions, and no statement or promise not set out in them is binding.

  • If any clause is found invalid, the rest still apply.

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Camp VC 2027 – Access & PA Terms and Conditions

1. About these terms

These Access & PA Terms apply to anyone who buys an Accessible Event Ticket, an Accessible + PA ticket, a PA Pass, or accessible parking or camper van passes for Camp VC 2027 (the "Event"), organised by VC London Ltd (the "Organiser", "we" or "us").

They add to the main terms and conditions, which still apply in full. If the two conflict, these Access & PA Terms take precedence on access and PA matters. Capitalised terms have the meanings given in the main Terms.

For practical information about the site, facilities and activities, see our Access Information guide: www.campvc.co.uk/inclusivity. For questions, email access@campvc.co.uk, or send your name, availability and phone number and we'll call you back.

2. Accessible tickets

We offer two ticket types for Attendees with access requirements.

1. Accessible Event Ticket

For attendees with access requirements who don't need a PA. It includes event entry and a reserved pitch in the accessible tent campsite. It costs the same as a standard Event Ticket, and you don't need to provide any evidence.

2. Accessible + PA Ticket

For attendees who couldn't attend without a PA. It includes everything in the Accessible Event Ticket, plus a free PA Pass. It costs the same as a standard Event Ticket, and the PA Pass is free. You'll need to provide evidence, and your application must be approved before you buy (see section 3 below). We freeze the ticket price when you apply, so you're protected from any price rises while we process your application.

Accessible parking and accessible camper van pitches are sold separately and can be added at checkout. All other passes and bookings (such as Glamping) are subject to the main Terms.

3. PA Pass: eligibility and approval

Only apply for a PA Pass if you would be unable to attend the Event without the support of a PA. Don't buy an Event Ticket until your application is approved.

Applying

Complete our access form HERE and upload one of the following:

  • a valid Access Card with a +1 symbol

  • evidence of Disability Living Allowance (DLA), Personal Independence Payment (PIP) or Attendance Allowance

  • in Scotland, evidence of Adult Disability Payment, Pension Age Disability Payment or Scottish Adult DLA

  • a letter from a medical professional confirming your need for support

  • registration as blind or partially sighted

  • recognition of hearing loss (such as an Access to Work grant or Deaf ID)

We'll review your application within 5 working days. If approved, we'll email you instructions to buy your Accessible + PA ticket.

If ticket prices rise while your application is being reviewed, we'll honour the price on the day you submitted your form or first contacted us.

PA eligibility

Each PA must:

  • be 18 or over on the first day of the Event, unless otherwise agreed with our Access Team

  • be a woman (including trans women) or a non-binary person, in line with our Community Guidelines

  • be willing and able to help with the access application (if needed) and to support the Attendee throughout the Event

You don't need to name your PA when you buy. You can add or change your PA until 11:59pm on Thursday 22 July 2027.

4. PA responsibilities at the Event

PA Passes are given on the understanding that the PA's first priority is always the Attendee they support and that Attendee's safety.

  • The PA must arrive and leave with the Attendee.

  • The PA must stay close to the Attendee at all times, in case of an emergency.

  • The PA must be able to meet all of the Attendee's support needs, including in an emergency, unless agreed otherwise with us in advance.

  • If the PA becomes injured or unwell and can no longer provide support, they may be required to leave the event, along with the Attendee.

Emergencies and evacuation

In an emergency, all Attendees must follow instructions from Event staff and the emergency services. We may take a roll call at the assembly point.

The PA is expected to help the Attendee they support during an evacuation. Where safe and practical, Event staff will support them. PAs are not required to carry out rescues or take any action that would expose them to undue risk.

5. Activities and priority booking

Attendees with an Accessible + PA ticket get priority booking for Included Activities, so they can secure four activities suited to their needs before general booking opens.

28 June 2027- Activity schedule published

10am, Sat 3 July 2027 - Paid Activity booking opens for all Attendees

5pm, Wed 7 July 2027 - Priority booking deadline for Attendees with a PA

10am, Sat 10 July 2027 - Included Activity booking opens for all other Attendees

PAs taking part

PAs are welcome to join in, as long as it doesn't affect their ability to provide the support the Attendee needs. A PA can:

  • pre-book the same four Included Activities as the Attendee they support

  • pre-book Paid Activities alongside the Attendee, paying the same additional fee as any Attendee

  • join Drop-In Activities and Walk-Ins alongside the Attendee

PAs should think carefully before joining higher-risk activities, such as quad skating and skateboarding, where an injury could stop them supporting the Attendee.

All activity terms in the main Terms apply, including prerequisites, refused entry and weather.

6. Site, facilities and medication

We aim to make the Event as accessible as possible, but it takes place on a rural, outdoor site. By buying an accessible ticket, you accept the following limitations.

  • Terrain. The site has hilly areas and no wheelchair tracking. Ground conditions depend on the weather and may become muddy or dusty. Access may be harder for manual wheelchairs with narrow tyres.

  • Showers. Showers are not wheelchair accessible.

  • Toilets. There are no toilets with changing benches or hoists. Accessible toilets are not always next to hand-washing stations, but hand sanitiser is always provided.

  • Electricity. Camper vans can't be connected to mains power. Charging for accessibility-related devices must be arranged in advance via access@campvc.co.uk.

  • Distances and layout. Distances in our Access Information guide are approximate and based on 2026. The 2027 layout may differ.

Medication

You are responsible for your own medication, including any that must be kept refrigerated. We can't store medication for you. Hot water for medical purposes is available from the Calm Space.

Assistance dogs

Guide dogs and assistance dogs are welcome if pre-approved before booking (see the main Terms) and well behaved. Owners are responsible for their dog's welfare, including in dense crowds and loud evening entertainment.

Support on site

Our Access Team is based in the Calm Space from 10am to 10pm during the Event. Help moving belongings from the accessible car park, an accessible entry queue and a site tour will be offered where available, but can't be guaranteed.

7. Transfers, resale and changes

  • PA Passes can't be sold, and can only be transferred with our permission.

  • Changing your PA. The holder of the Accessible + PA ticket can add or change their PA until 11:59pm on Thursday 22 July 2027. The Transfer Deadline in the main Terms doesn't apply to this.

  • Selling or transferring an accessible ticket or pass. Before reselling or transferring an Accessible Event Ticket, Accessible + PA ticket, or accessible Parking or Camper Van Pass, email access@campvc.co.uk to switch it to the general equivalent. The switch is free. You can then list it on TicketSwap as above.

Requests to switch accessible Tickets and Passes to general equivalents must be received by 5pm on Friday 11th June (i.e.: one week prior to the Transfer deadline.)

PA Passes can't be resold. The holder of an Accessible + PA ticket can add or change their PA until 11:59pm on Thursday 22 July 2027.

All other refund, resale and transfer rules are in the main Terms.
