Camp VC would be IMPOSSIBLE without our incredible event volunteers who share their skills and time, in exchange for their free ticket to Camp VC. Win/Win! This year, we’re aiming for at least 50% of our volunteer team to come from Denbighshire. Sign up with your mates, or give it a go solo and leave with lifelong friends! You’ll be part of creating something genuinely special - but don’t just take our word for it… hear more from our attendees, crew, volunteers, and activity leaders below!

We’d LOVE to hear from local street food and coffee vendors, as well as staff caterers. PLUS there are heaps of other opportunities for local businesses to bring their services on site - such as massage, hairdressing and beauty. If you’re a local business with something excellent and exciting to offer, drop us a line. We’re always open to new ideas that benefit local businesses and bring something special to our attendees.
Lead Activities
We offer a broad range of activities - from DIY skills to embroidery, and from white-water rafting to choir practice…and everything inbetween! Whether you’re an individual with a skill to share or a fully fledged adventure company, we’d love to hear from you about the activities you could lead at Camp VC. We’re proud to already be working in partnership with these brilliant local organisations.
