Sauna & Cold Plunge
Sauna & Cold Plunge
New for 2026, we’re absolutely stoked to bring you guys a beautiful six-person wood-fired sauna, complete with two cold plunges built into the hillside at our stunning event site. You’ll be blown away by the views! £35 per person.
Each 50-minute session accommodates up to six guests, who will share the sauna and two plunge pools. For example, if you book four spaces in the 6pm session, two other guests will join you. If your group would prefer exclusive use of the facilities all six spaces in the session must be booked, regardless of the size of your group.
Swimwear must be worn, no nudity please.
Shower and changing facilities are provided.
Please bring our own towel.
Please arrive on-time, if you’re late your allocated time-slot cannot be extended.
Your 50-minute session includes the time needed to change before and after your session. The changing area is quite small, so we respectfully ask that you leave promptly at the end of your session so it is available for the next group of guests coming in.
Bookings are non-refundable, and session times cannot be changed once booked. If you are unable to attend your session, you are welcome to offer your space to someone else. Unfortunately, due to the high volume of activities we coordinate during the event, we are unable to respond to requests to cancel, amend, or reschedule sauna bookings.
This activity is booked via Camp VC, and operated by Bocs Sauna. By purchasing your space, you are:
Agreeing to Bocs Sauna’s terms and conditions as outlined below.
If you’re booking on behalf of a group, you are agreeing to these on behalf of all guests and you must ensure they’re aware of them.
If you give your space to someone else, you must direct them to this page to read these T&Cs. In particular the medical information.

Bocs Sauna T&CS
• Nudity and alcohol are not permitted in the sauna. The Bocs Sawna operators reserve the right to refuse admission to intoxicated persons and refunds will not be offered.
• Children under the age of 16 are not permitted to use the sauna.
• Any hanging jewellery should be removed before entering the sauna to prevent burning.
• Any glasses or contact lenses should be removed before entering the sauna to avoid any
damage to coatings and to prevent contact lenses from drying out.
• Any footwear or swim shoes should be removed before entering the sauna.
• Bocs Sawna is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings.
• All persons using the sauna do so at their own risk. I confirm that I do not have any medical conditions that would make sauna use unsafe for me, or I have consulted a medical professional who has confirmed sauna use is safe in my case.
• You must not use the sauna if you:
◦ are pregnant
◦ have had a heart attack or stroke
◦ are taking medications
◦ have cardiovascular conditions and/or problems
◦ have epilepsy
◦ have asthma or breathing conditions
◦ have high or low blood pressure
◦ have arterial disease
◦ have joint or muscle injury
• The sauna is wood-fired and is extremely hot. Do not touch the stove, stove door, flu
chimney, sauna rocks or surrounding fire guards.
• Pour water onto the stones as instructed, slowly, gently, no dumping. Start from the back,
furthest point away from you, to prevent scalding.
• Sauna etiquette must be adhered to at all times. This includes;
◦ Rinsing feet in the bucket provided before entering the sauna
◦ Sitting on a towel at all times
◦ Staying in the sauna for no longer than 20 min at a time (we recommend 5-15 min sessions)
◦ Gently pouring water onto the sauna stove; drizzle, don't dump water
◦ Only pouring the provided 'sauna water' on hot rocks and nothing else
◦ Getting changed within your booked time slot, if you'd like to use the changing room.
• Please refrain from bringing your own essential oils and other products for the session as
these cannot be used in our sauna. Essential oils that haven't been approved for in-sauna use
may react to the heat and release toxins, ignite on the stove, or create slippery surfaces inside
the sauna.
• If you are making this booking on behalf of a group, you confirm that all members of your
group have read and agreed to these terms and conditions and understand that sauna and
sea use are at their own risk and will practice safe sauna use.
