*You can pre-book up to 4 'included' activities before Camp VC, then join unlimited additional activities on a first-come, first-served basis once you're there. Included activities range from skateboarding, quad skating, and our climbing wall to craft workshops, dance classes, inspiring talks, and more.

• Places in individual sessions can’t be guaranteed, and some of our most popular activities will be available on a first-come, first-served basis. Please consider this carefully before buying a ticket. 

• Selected experiences - such as moto lessons, white-water rafting and athlete masterclasses - aren’t included in the cost of your ticket and are available to book at an extra charge. There is no limit to the number of Paid Activities you can book.

• Included Activities are pre-booked individually, so we can't guarantee friends will get spaces in the same sessions - but you can drop into activities together at the event, enjoy live entertainment, camp and party together! Certain Paid Activities can accept group bookings.

From day one, Camp VC has been about creating a space where women can leave the event feeling like nothing is impossible. Riding a motorcycle will do that to you!

Our community has grown to include women, including trans women, and non-binary people. 

Camp VC exists to create the freedom and safety to explore a whole world of adventure, sport and beyond - an alternative to predominantly men and masc-dominated spaces where women and NBi people can sometimes feel less comfortable, less represented or less able to fully be themselves. 

As a result, the majority of NBi folk at VC have to date have been femme/women aligned or AFAB and have she/her, she/them, or they/ them pronouns or similar. 

Our number one guideline is ‘if you’ve read the above and and genuinely feel that Camp VC is for you, then Camp VC is for you!’. 

Kindness, respect and support for each-other are non-negotiable, and we welcome women and NBi people of all ages, races and ethnicities, sexualities and abilities. 

Our terms and conditions make it clear that anyone who behaves otherwise will be asked to leave the event.

You can sell or transfer your ticket up until 5pm on 18 June 2026, but tickets are non-refundable and can’t be deferred.

We strongly recommend taking the ticket protection offered at checkout, or arranging your own cover.

• Parking and campsites open at 11am, Friday 23rd July 2027; the festival site opens at 12pm. All activities end by 4pm, and all areas must be vacated by 5pm on Sunday 25th July 2027.

Awesome you’ve got a crew together! You can’t buy tickets now and decide later who’s coming - each ticket needs to be allocated to the correct attendee at the time of purchase.

For each attendee, you’ll need:

If you need to change the attendee later, there’s a £5 admin fee.

We’re a little different to a normal festival, as there are a few things you’ll need to do before you arrive - things like signing our Event Waiver, downloading the booking app, and choosing and booking the activities you want to take part in.

Don’t worry, we’ll take you through everything step-by-step when the time comes, and we’ll do our best to make it as straightforward as possible - nobody wants extra life admin!

Just be aware that these things do need to be done, and when activity bookings go live, spaces are first-come, first-served.

If you’re looking for a completely admin-free, turn-up-and-see-what-happens kind of festival, Camp VC might not be for you - but if you’re up for a little bit of pre-planning in exchange for a whole lot of adventure, you’re in the right place.

That said, alongside the activities you’ll need to book ahead, there are hundreds of spaces across walk-in activities and entertainment available throughout the weekend. So there’s still loads of opportunity for spontaneous fun, last-minute adventures and plenty of chilled-out moments too.

We occasionally get asked if guys can buy Camp VC tickets - after all, there really is no place like it! Our community is focused on women and NBi folk who don’t have access to adventure in the way men do. That said, we’re happy to share recommendations for other incredible events, communities, and instructors. Drop us a line at access@campvc.co.uk for ideas.

Yes, of course! We work hard each year to make Camp VC as accessible as possible.

You can select an Accessible Event Ticket at checkout, which includes a space in our accessible campsite if you need it. Accessible parking and campervan spaces can also be selected at checkout.

If you require a PA in order to attend the festival, this requires pre-approval and these tickets cannot be purchased through self-selection at checkout. Don’t worry though, we’ll hold your ticket at the price it was at when you applied.

HELL YES! We have plenty of attendees who come alone every year and have the best time. They might come alone but they definitely leave with a ton of new pals. We always kick off Friday evening with a solo traveller meet up and there’s heaps of activities ideal for solo attendees.

This year, solo travellers can also book a spot in one of our shared glamping tents!
