We’re now on site setting up Camp VC!!! We hope you’re as excited as we are! 

Due to this our responses will be delayed.

🎟️ Event Tickets

• Tickets to the event are non-refundable under any circumstances

• Ticket transfers have now closed.

• There are no exceptions

🚗 Car & Camper Passes

• Car and camper van passes can't be swapped at this time.

• Need a different pass? You'll need to buy the correct one here: www.campvc.co.uk/buytickets

🏕️ Camping

• Tents cannot camp together go in the camper van field.

• The camping and camper van fields are next to each other, so you'll still be close to friends.

• We do not allow awnings or tents of any kind in the camper van field. Tent boxes are allowed on top of cars.

• Glamping is in the general camping fieldw with tents.

• All camping pitches are allocated on first-come, first-served. 

• Cars cannot park next to tents (there’s a 10 min walk between the car park and camping field).

🔥 Camping Stoves

Camping stoves, hot plates and similar cooking equipment aren't allowed anywhere on site. Due to the  wild fires in North Wales and the recent red weather warning this rule is more important than ever to keep everyone and our surrounding safe.  Leave them at home please.

⏰ Friday Opening Times

11am: Car park, camping, glamping & camper van fields open (please don't arrive earlier - you will be turned away). 

Please pitch up your tent / camper before joining the queue to collect your event wristband at the main event field gate.

11:30am: Main event queue opens.

12pm: Main event site opens.

12:30pm: First activities begin. If you're booked onto one, we'd recommend joining the queue early, so you’re onto the main event site in time.
