BMX • FIRE WALK • SAUNA
An introduction to riding a BMX pump track, led by 9-time BMX World Champion and Olympian Shanaze Reade and her elite coaching team.
Learn the fundamentals of body and pedal position, cornering, and pumping to maintain momentum around the track.
The track is set up in stages, allowing more confident riders to progress onto trickier sections as they build skills.
You'll need to be a confident cyclist able to ride while standing on the pedals, but no BMX experience is required.
Please arrive to the session warmed up and ready to ride. For example, a brief jog around the site and some lunges would work!
Trainers only. No crocs or sandals. Helmet, elbow pads, knee pads and long fingered gloves must be worn and are available for loan.
Riders who succesfully complete the beginners lesson will be welcome to come back and ride the track during the Open Sessions. See the Camp VC app for the times of these open sessions.

If your group would prefer exclusive use of the facilities all six spaces in the session must be booked, regardless of the size of your group.
Swimwear must be worn, no nudity please.

• Nudity and alcohol are not permitted in the sauna. The Bocs Sawna operators reserve the right to refuse admission to intoxicated persons and refunds will not be offered.
• Children under the age of 16 are not permitted to use the sauna.
• Any hanging jewellery should be removed before entering the sauna to prevent burning.
• Any glasses or contact lenses should be removed before entering the sauna to avoid any
damage to coatings and to prevent contact lenses from drying out.
• Any footwear or swim shoes should be removed before entering the sauna.
• Bocs Sawna is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings.
• All persons using the sauna do so at their own risk. I confirm that I do not have any medical conditions that would make sauna use unsafe for me, or I have consulted a medical professional who has confirmed sauna use is safe in my case.
• You must not use the sauna if you:
◦ are pregnant
◦ have had a heart attack or stroke
◦ are taking medications
◦ have cardiovascular conditions and/or problems
◦ have epilepsy
◦ have asthma or breathing conditions
◦ have high or low blood pressure

• The sauna is wood-fired and is extremely hot. Do not touch the stove, stove door, flu
chimney, sauna rocks or surrounding fire guards.
• Pour water onto the stones as instructed, slowly, gently, no dumping. Start from the back,
furthest point away from you, to prevent scalding.
• Sauna etiquette must be adhered to at all times. This includes;
◦ Rinsing feet in the bucket provided before entering the sauna
◦ Sitting on a towel at all times
◦ Staying in the sauna for no longer than 20 min at a time (we recommend 5-15 min sessions)

◦ Getting changed within your booked time slot, if you'd like to use the changing room.
• Please refrain from bringing your own essential oils and other products for the session as
these cannot be used in our sauna. Essential oils that haven't been approved for in-sauna use
may react to the heat and release toxins, ignite on the stove, or create slippery surfaces inside
the sauna.

group have read and agreed to these terms and conditions and understand that sauna and
sea use are at their own risk and will practice safe sauna use.
