Attend as many drop-in activities as you like around your volunteer shifts during the event.
You can book these activities and sign your event waiver through the Camp VC booking app.

DROP-IN ACTIVITIES - THURSDAY EVE
On Thursday night from 6pm, we’ll offer volunteers and certain crew early access to some of our activities, including Welcome Yoga and a chance to learn the Headline Dance Routine. Details of everything available will be confirmed on the day, and you don’t need to book ahead of time.
DISCOUNTED PAID ACTIVITIES - THURSDAY EVE (bookings open 10 am, Sat 4th July)
We’re also offering Thursday Evening Moto Lessons and Sauna & Cold Plunge Sessions at discounted crew costs. Some of you will be on duty setting up in the evening (i.e., your shift continues after 6pm). If you think that might be you, please don’t book paid activities in case you miss them.

Finally, we’ll be offering crew-only designs in our tattoo studio (as well as the general flash for 2026).
Flash and bookings will go live on this link on 4th July.

Crew Hub
You’ll have access to meals in the Crew Hub from Thursday evening, and we should already have been in touch with you about allergies and dietary preferences. If not, please contact trickey@Campvc.co.uk.
Please also alert the team to any allergies or dietary requirements at the event.
The Crew Hub is located on the Main Event Site and is closed overnight.

One Giant Leap, Tan Y Graig, Llangollen, LL20 8AR. Please follow directional signage and ignore your Sat Nav as you approach, as we have a road closure and one-way system in place.
You won’t be sent your crew event ticket or car/camper/moto parking pass in advance. These will be issued to you when you arrive on site. Please park up in the car park or camper field and head to the Main Reception to check in. Motos will park up in the camping field. Everything will be clearly sign-posted.
All crew must be on site and fully set up by 3 pm on Thur 23 July.
Vehicles may only enter the main event site if essential for set-up and must be returned to the car park by 3 pm on Thur 23 July.
Everyone must attend the all-crew briefing at 5 pm Thur 23rd July.
Everyone’s departure time (e.g. Sunday Vs Monday morning) is different depending on your shifts, so please check your own rota.
